2009-03-09 23:51:44 Alexander Sack network-manager: statusexplanation I think this is hardy? If you have entries in /etc/network/interfaces it means that NM doesnt manage them. Setting all your interfaces to "Roaming" will make NM take control again. Removing everythign except "iface lo .." entries from /etc/network/interfaces will have the same effect as "Roaming mode".

This bug has been reported by two people and is still present.
