Bug Description
Networkmanager upstream has already created a patch to fix this bug, which they backported to nm 1.26, which Groovy uses.
The upstream fix can be found here-
This, as far as I can tell, meets the guidelines for ubuntu's SRU policy.
In addition, given that Hirsute Hippo will also be using nm 1.26, this fix will have a broader impact than just groovy.
