Bug Description
In ubuntu 18.04, when setting up a new wireless connection:
Select "Connect automatically"
Untick "Make this connection available to other users"
Select "Store the password only for this user"
Once you are connected to the network, switch user once or twice. Eventually the other user will be connected to the network.
