Cannot select password field for PPTP vpn in NetworkManager settings

Bug Description

cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=16.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=xenial
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS"

When creating a PPTP connection through nm-connection-editor, the "password" field cannot be selected, so you can't ever create a PPTP VPN.

1. Open nm-connection-editor
2. Click "Add"
3. Select "Point-to-Point-Tunneling Protocol PPTP"
4. Try to click, or use tab, to enter a password into the password field
