Bug Description
If an OpenVPN connection (haven't tested other VPN protocols) is set to be auto-connected with a WiFi network, the VPN will connect successfully the first time with the WiFi, however any subsequent automatic re-connects to the WiFi network (happens very often) will leave the VPN connection disconnected and a re-connect is never performed unless done manually.
