Bug Description
If I resume from suspend and reconnect my phone's bluetooth internet connection, my web browsers claim I'm offline. I can successfully ping 8.8.8.8 but cannot resolve domain names. Restarting network manager with "sudo service network-manager restart" and reconnecting to my phone fixes the issue.
