After guysty, the wireless connection takes MUCH longer to connect

Bug Description

When on Ubuntu 7.04, mywireless network connected and it automatically mounted the samba shares on my NAS before the login screen, so, when I logged in, my wallpaper, that is on the nas, is correclty shown.

now on Ubuntu 7.10, after I login, it takes a long time to connect, maybe 5 to 10 seconds - and my wallpaper isn't loaded :(

I have an Atheros Wireless card, running on a toshiba r20 tablet pc.

that issue still happens on Ubuntu 8.04

I think I understand now - It needs my login/password to access the password for the network. So marking as invalid.

status: New → Invalid
