network problem after update ubutu14 to ubuntu16

After updateing ubuntu 14 to ubuntu 16 there are two problems.

 firefox 48.0: When I starts www-farnell.de (electronics distributor) I can not use their search engine. You will find tcp reports at: http://www.ikebana-studio-kessenbrock.de/ubuntu16/
After time out I receives the message:
Request Timeout The server timed out while waiting for the browser's request.

I clearde the cach and cookies, but the problem is stable.

 FTP via bareFTP It is not possible to upload big files (pictures) to the server.
You will find the tcp report also at http://www.ikebana-studio-kessenbrock.de/ubuntu16/

I changed back to ubuntu 14 and both features are working fine.
