Bug Description

on 16.04 LTS, all up to date, I can't connect after a reboot to the wifi.
Network-manager sees the available SSID, try to connect to it, then syslog shows authentication failure.
It will then connect after a while when trying hardware killswitch, or restarting network-manager service or after some reboot (pretty random at boot time).
My WPA key is stored in network-manager and didn't change at any time. Other hardware, including older ubuntu (and so nm) versions, connects without any issue on the same access point.

Attached a syslog where I tried to kept relevant infos.
