Bug Description

Ubuntu Version Info:
Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Release: 16.04

Application Info:
network-manager:
  Installed: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
  Candidate: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
  Version table:
 *** 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2 500

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.1.93-0ubuntu4 500
        500 http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/main amd64 Packages

Expected:
Network connection indicator in panel must list all available connection(including wifi) after resume from suspend.

Happened:
Network connection indicator no longer lists available connection after resume. However it's connected to network(if connected before suspending and auto connection enabled). Indicator icon also changes to wired connection icon even if its connected through wifi.

I don't think it's a duplicate of the indicated bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1585863.
The symptoms doesn't match. I am able to connect to access points and switch ap through main network manager interface. However the panel is failing to list connections.
