network-manager needs a restart after booting (otherwise can't connect to wifis)

Bug Description

On Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with MacBook Pro 12.01 I can't connect to any Wifi after booting.
When I restart the network-manager everything is OK.
I expect that Ubuntu should connect to the Wifi directly.

I'm using the following network-manager package:
