Bug Description

When trying to connect to a new WPA-PSK encrypted network, I click in the wireless icon and select the network I want to connect. Then the wireless icon suffers a glitch, I'm not prompted a password, and I'm informed that I'm offline.
There's the first time in 2 or 3 months that I tried to connect to a new network.
Despite this, in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ there is the file matching the network I tried to connect, without a psk=... item on it. Then I edited it, put the password and could connect to the network like if I was already connected to it.

I just find out, that this bug is related to another bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1689825

This problem with wifi password is just another one of many, all probably connected to the gnome-keyring.

After calling ```gnome-keyring-daemon &``` after login, problem is not present any more.
