Unable to create Wifi connection with WPA2 Enterprise and LEAP Authentication

Bug Description
Whenever I try to create a new wifi connection with WPA2 Enterprise security and LEAP authentication, the Save (or Connect) button is grayed out. I put in all of the required information; like SSID, Username, and Password. It still does not let me Save or Connect.
