network manager hangs after s3 and needs restart

Bug Description

i created two profiles for my home wiki network one regular and one with unotelly dns entries.
im not 100% sure but network manager does not respond anymore when im on the unotelly profile (its basically the same just with three different dns servers for their smart dns)
