NetworkManager ignores setting "Automatically connect to this network when available"

Bug Description

I have two Wi-Fi networks available, one is slow and one is fast. I unchecked option "Automatically connect to this network when available" for slow network, but NetworkManager keeps connecting to slow network automatically. I have to manually disconnect and connect to fast network manually.
