setting for automatic connection can't be saved

Bug Description

The "Save" button is disabled. There's no reason to prevent saving the setting for automatic connection to a network regardless whether the network is used or not.

Vivid is no longer supported, thus closing as Won't Fix, however this bug should be fixed in later Ubuntu releases.
