Bug Description

You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to restart network-manager for obtaining wi-fi again
!!!!! If you choose upstart-boot option there is no problem with wifi after hybernation. Bug occures unly with systemd-boot

The problem has been getting worse- earlier there was no wifi after suspend/hybernate mode. But earlier I can restart wifi during session and it's on again- now I have to reboot (Ubuntu 15.10)
