Bug Description
Nexus 4, vivid-proposed image 123
Boot, put wifi password, verify i'm connected to the internet
Reboot
See how the indicator icon says i'm not connected
Verify the browser can't load webs

The root cause was my phone not having a fixed mac address for the wifi, see the ubuntu-phone mailing list to how i fixed that.
