Bug Description
When starting the computer from sleep, the Networks applet shows a lot of networks that were available before the computer went to sleep.
Requesting a re-scan does not reset the list, only turning wireless off and on again using the wireless checkbox or flight mode resets the list

See attached screenshot, with the network applet showing many items while `iwlist scan` only shows a single network.
