network-manager freeze on configure

Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

Network-manager hard locks when upgrading from 0.6.5-0ubuntu9 to 0.6.5-0ubuntu10 while it restarts the network-manager daemon.
After a hard reboot, apt-get upgrade attempts to finish configuring the passage and freezes again.

There's not much showing up in the logs during the freeze - let me know if I can provide more information somehow.

I just discovered that it only freezes when plugged into ethernet - it
configures a-ok when using wifi.

This is the last thing I see in the console:
 * Reloading system message bus config... [
OK ]
 * Restarting network connection manager NetworkManager

And that is when it freezes and I have to alt+sysrq to reboot.

I attached the full results of lshw.

Here are all the logs at the relevant time. Let me know if there's anything
else I can include to help.

Thanks,
Aaron Dorman

Here is the log from the time I disabled the wireless (eth1) and plugged in
the wired ethernet.
Let me know if you need any additional information.
