[FFE] Add support for creating host route to MMS proxy

We need to add an extra feature to NetworkManager for MMS support on touch onto the ofono support we already have; that is to create a host route for the MessageProxy should it exist for the context that is being activated.

This only affects users of NetworkManager with ofono installed; so is currently limited, on a standard install, to Touch images.

The package has already been tested by me and Tony Espy using the phablet-team/telephony PPA; and will get further testing in ci-train prior to upload for the whole set of the MMS feature.

Changes are contained to the ofono plugin so only the phone is affected, fine by me. FFe granted.

      privisioned by oFono (if no connections were ever established).
  * debian/patches/ofono_mms_support.patch: deal with MMS by setting up a host
    route for the mobile data connection if the MessageProxy property is set in
    oFono. (LP: #1302037)
  * debian/patches/dont-check-secrets-for-ofono.patch: refreshed.
  * debian/patches/git_default_route_active_device_9820258.patch: keep the
    default gateway on the currently active device.
