Cannot connect to corporate wifi

Bug Description

Something is wrong with the certificate and without editing the network file in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ and removing the line "system-ca-certs=true" wifi won't connect.

I have the same probem in University corporate wifi. This Bug was in Ubuntu 13.10 and survived in Ubuntu 14.04.
