Bug Description
For the last couple of months I have been unable to connect to my wireless access point using Ubuntu. When I try to connect, the system sees the AP, and asks for the password, and then thinks for a while before asking me for my password again.
I found another bug which suggested to remove "system-
I've tried two different pieces of hardware (the one which I have used immediately prior to submitting this bug is as ASUS USB-N13) as well as all of the different security settings on the access point. All my other devices (phone, table, TV) are able to connect to the AP without problems. I am currently using a fresh install of Ubuntu 13.04. I was unable to try 13.10 because the live usb wouldn't load on my system.
I hope that the information submitted with this bug is enough to diagnose the issue, but please let me know if further information is needed.
Many thanks for your time,
Matt

I'm just guessing the affected package. Since I can't connect with WEP either, I guess that this isn't an issue with wpasupplicant so am setting this to network-manager.
