Bug Description

When I start Ubuntu (13.10 64 bit), the network-manager can not connect to the ethernet network. The DHCP server is my TP-Link router.

The connection profil (Automatic Ethernet) is the default configuration. I not edited this. When I disconnect the cable and connect again, the computer can connection to the network.

My ethernet controller:
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 06)

r8168-dkms 8.036.00-2 package is installed
network-manager 0.9.8.0-0ubuntu22
