Bug Description
Unity window manager.
Click on Settings cogwheel icon in left hand bar.
When settings window comes up select network settings.
When network settings window is up click again on the Settings cogwheel icon in left hand bar.
Network settings window is now unresponsive. For a short while it displays a whirling busy cursor but then reverts to the normal arrow. You can switch between windows and use other windows OK. But no input is accepted to the network settings window and it will not close when clicking on the cross at top left of the window.
