When trying to connect to almost any wireless network, it never connects, the indicator just keeps moving until it says Disconnected a minute or so later. This happens 100% of the time with all encryped networks, and 99% of the time with unencrypted networks. I have so far have not been able to connect to an encrypted network, only unencrypted after several tries.
The very rare case when it does actually manage to connect (this is usually after trying to connect for an hour or so, many times beforehand, switching on/off the wireless with the hardware switch), it actually stays connected until you manually disconnect, and is also quite stable (downloads and PPTP connections work with no problem).
Attached is a snippet of the old syslog from a few days ago when I was trying to connect, the current syslog doesn't have any relevant info as I am not near a wireless network currently. I will be in a position to do further testing tomorrow, if needed.
