Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-
for example, I need to run vpnc with "--vendor netscreen", but there is no such a possibility! I suggest to add field, which contents will be added to vpnc startup script. Thus, we can get rid of many questions like: "how to add this option from vpnc?"
for example, vpnc has support for quite a lot of optional params, like in my case:
khrustal@homepc:/$ vpnc --long-help|grep -i vendor
--vendor <cisco/netscreen>
vendor of your IPSec gateway
conf-variable: Vendor <cisco/netscreen>
If someone has something against this idea (in order not to complicate task for most users), than an instruction of how it can be made with gconf-editor is higly appreciated... Right now I didn't find any description that it is possible.

Hi, as a workaround, have you tried adding "Vendor netscreen" to the /etc/vpnc/ default. conf file?
