Bug Description

Hi.

NetworkManager didn't connect to PPTP VPN, even didn't ask for VPN password until I found, that file /etc/NetworkManager/VPN/nm-pptp-service.name was missing. After I copied that file from Mint 18.2 on another PC and restarted NM, VPN is working.
