Bug Description
nm-openvpn don't work when the ca.crt file is in a directory with a non ASCII name :
nm-openvpn[30376]: Options error: --ca fails with '/home/
It's working when ca.crt is in /home/username directory
surprisingly, no problem with the .opvn files which are in the same directory

"/home/ username/ T%C3%A9l% C3%A9chargement s/" is the default download directory in french so it's can be a problem for some french speaking users.
