NetworkManager OpenVPN doesn't properly import ovpn files that contain the certificates

Bug Description
I've noticed when importing an OVPN file that contains certificates it doesn't pick up the certificate at all. It also won't recognize when the OVPN file is asking for a username and password.
This doesn't happen in Fedora. They are current using NetworkManager-

Its too late in the cycle to update NetworkManger, however might be possible to cherry-pick the fixes
