Bug Description

To create an openvpn connexion, i want to import an .ovpn file.
No button exist my version Trusty (0.9.8.2-1ubuntu4): universe/net
But this button existed in the past.
I tried to add a connexion using the import button totaly in the bottom of the list of the connexion selection (import a saved VPN configuration) -> then the window had been closed without any action or message.

Nota: My .ovpn files are good because i can use them using command line : sudo openvpn --config XXXXXXXX.ovpn

Please add a button to import .ovpn file.
