network-manager-applet no longer produces/provides usr/bin/nm-vpn-properties

Binary package hint: network-manager

In feisty, the package network-manager-gnome provided usr/bin/nm-vpn-properties:

in gutsy, the file is no longer available in any package. This break e.g. network-manager-openvpn: The button to configure vpn connections does nothing anymore in gutsy.

  * install nm-vpn-properties (plus manpage) to package
    network-manager. It got moved from network-manager-gnome here.

I have this problem too. However, it had been working fine, so I can only imagine that an update has broken it. Sadly I don't need to connect to my VPN very often, so it might have broken from a patch months ago and I'd not have noticed.
