Bug Description

I cannot get Network Manager to connect to an OpenVPN server. It always reports that "the connection failed, because the connection attempt timed out".
Using "openvpn" from the command line, everything works fine, so this must be a problem of the NM-plugin, not of openvpn in general.
As far as I remember, this worked well in precise.
