Applet does not update VPN DNS server's IP - Also OTP option when enabled is not persisted on configuration file

Bug Description

When connecting to VPN's Server, DNS server information gotten from Forti VPN gateway is not updated one client's network (checked with nmcli), hence name resolution is not working.
Also when configuring OTP using Fortisslvpn client under gnome is not updating configuration file.

Seeing the same issue. Was a regression for me (DNS was ok with 19.10). May be related to `--no-dns` unconditionally getting passed as `openfortivpn` args.
