Bug Description

Ubuntu Release: 18.04
Package Version: 1.2.8-1build1

Expected Behavior:

  Prompt for 2-factor code

Actual Behavior:

  Connection fails

There is no prompt for a 2-factor code, it just fails.

Log:

NetworkManager[1237]: INFO: Connected to gateway.
NetworkManager[1237]: Two-factor authentication token:
NetworkManager[1237]: ERROR: Could not authenticate to gateway (No cookie given).
NetworkManager[1237]: INFO: Closed connection to gateway.
NetworkManager[1237]: INFO: Logged out.
