Network Manager Applet doesnt show wireless networks and connections

Bug Description

After a fresh install of 12.04 latest daily build, network manager applet works ok but after some reboots the wireless networks list and connections doesnt show up.

If i go to system settings-network i can choose one of the wireless networks available and connect.

I can confirm this still happens with 12.04 final release 32bit.

It also affects 12.04 64bits.

Workaround: by typing

sudo iwlist wlan0 scan

nm applet is made aware of wireless connections available.

It affects only wireless connections or all connection types in network manager (e.g wired, vpn, ecc. )?
