VPN connection failure produce duplicate buttons in xfce4-indicator-plugin popups

Bug Description

After VPN coonection failure, button in popup is duped. For each failure get a dup. If I have 2 failures we get 3 buutons instead of one.

If we got another type of pupup (f.ex "Disconnected" after DHCP manual disconnet) this buttons in pop-up is also duped
