Bug Description
Indicator icon for mobile broadband doesn't show actual signal strength, it only ever shows as full signal (due to the fact the 'nm-device-wwan' icon is used unconditionally).
nm-applet's indicator icon for mobile networks should try to follow current signal level for the device.
