porting nm-applet to use indicator-applet instead of notification-area-applet

Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-
I think for lucid lynx, nm-applet should use the indicator-applet like the bluetooth, sound and messages indicator instead of the old notification-
The right-click menu of nm-applet would have to be merged with the left-click menu then, but this would be a good thing anyway.
