Bug Description
The notification from the NetworkManager applet is only showing for disconnect, not connect.
* If you unplug the cable it says "Wired network - disconnected". If you plug it in again it says nothing, but the network is working.
* If you change connection profile (DHCP <-> static) while having the cable plugged in it only says "Wired network - disconnected" even though the connection change went OK and everything is working. And it seems like the notification of the disconnection comes after it has started working again.
