gtk_status_icon_set_tooltip depreacted in gtk 2.16 - Use gtk_status_icon_set_tooltip_text()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

gtk_status_icon_set_tooltip() is deprecated, and it seems that gtk+ in Jaunty is currently being built with GTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED so network-manager-applet does not build.

The fix is simple. We should use gtk_status_icon_set_tooltip_text() instead.

i think its too early to start using symbols introduced in 2.16.

lets keep this open until gtk 2.16 has matured enough. Maybe to avoid annoyance we can make the use of modern symbols conditional based on the GTK version used at build time.

ok, since its somewhat NMs fault to be over picky in maintainer mode, lets take this in version conditional way.
