Bug Description

After my update of Xenial this morning, my wireless indicator just continues to animate regardless of what i do
unfortunately running top and just watching the cpu usage
this is ~10% cpu constantly for just compiz
but adding nm-applet, indicator-application etc it's more like 15% cpu total

Removing indicator-application. Problem here is that nm-applet is spewing icons across dbus and updating the menu constantly. Compiz has to redraw the area for every icon change, and that eats CPU. nm-applet has always had this problem, even under gnome2, for the animated connecting icon.

no longer affects: indicator-application (Ubuntu)
