network indicator displays notifications for virtual devices

Bug Description

The fix for bug 1423819 properly removed the virtual devices from appearing in the indicator, but they still emit notifications when logging in.

network-manager-applet ( vivid; urgency=medium

  * debian/patches/hide_virtual_devices.patch: updated to no longer show
    notifications for virtual devices. (LP: #1440166)
  * debian/control: update name for ubuntu-devel-discuss in Maintainer field.
