Bug Description
When I try to set a static IP in any of the current(13.10) Ubuntu distros (Lubuntun, Ubunut, Xubuntu, Kubuntu) with the Network manager GUI, it does not properly save it and I'm unable to resolve domain names (ip address connectivity is okay)
Further research into the issue find that in /etc/NetworkMan
[ipv4]
address=
is instead called:
address1=...
Changing address1= to address= fixes the issue.
Any attempt to change the address from the GUI reverts the line back to address1 and kills the ability to resolve domain names.
