Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. look at process list, note nm-applet
2. Remove notification area from panel
3. look at process list, note absence of nm-applet
4. add new notification area, nm-applet will not show up, nor is the process restarted
Expected behaviour: nm-applet should restart itself or not exit in the first place
note: The gnome-power-manager icon, also in the notification area, does reappear successfully.
