Bug Description

Xubuntu 12.10 AMD64 Final Live USB persistent 20121017.1,
Ubuntu 12.10 i386 Final Live USB persistent 20121017.2

- network-mananger-gnome 0.9.6.2
- network-manager- gnome doesn't show available wireless networks and wifi options until you disable and then enable again networking/wireless from menu or you plug an ethernet cable in the computer.
- I noticed the network manager behavior in previous test but seems to have gotten worse over time. The network-manager should show network options without manual intervention.
