This is netplan.io 0.99-0ubuntu3~
Netplan is not managing wlan0, so I don't expect the command to work, but I don't expect a Python traceback.
I don't think this is an issue anymore on more recent version of Netplan (tested on 0.106.1):
$ sudo netplan ip leases lxdbr0
No lease found for interface 'lxdbr0' (not managed by Netplan)
Please re-open if you feel this is still relevant.
