Bug Description

netdata's "dbengine" vastly reduces io load - when it works.

Unfortunately a bunch of dependencies appear to have been left out of the package, so it doesn't work on Ubuntu.

This is...unfortunate... as netdata's authors appear to be moving to standardise on using dbengine.

How to trigger bug:

add: "memory mode = dbengine" to the global section of netdata.conf

Restart netdata.

Watch errors cascade out in /var/log/netdata/error.log

The primary one to look for is "netdata FATAL : MAIN :RRD_MEMORY_MODE_DBENGINE is not supported in this platform. # : No such file or directory"

What should happen: Netdata should start up, ignore existing /var/cache/netdata/* datafiles (these can be deleted), create /var/cache/netdata/dbengine/ and work using that as its active area

What's needed: Add the missing dependencies to the package, so they are loaded when netdata is installed.
