  * Change priority from extra to optional.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.0, changes: priority.

  * Add libnetcdf-dev to dependencies of -dev package.
  * Add patch to fix spelling errors.
  * Add patch to fix privacy-breach-generic lintian issues.
