Bug Description
I just installed ubuntu-netbook on my 10.10 machine with all available updates. With gdm as login manager I select 'UNE' and hit start.
The following screen shows my background image and the menu panel, but the machine seems to freeze. If I switch to a text console I am able to restart gdm in order to use the machine again.
Last log message was:
[ 1124.403672] ptrace of non-child pid 4166 was attempted by: gdb (pid 4340)
with 4166 being mutter.
